What does the HTTP API offer an operator?
A versioned HTTP surface for modern integrations — properties, units, tenants, leases, payments, maintenance, evidence, and staff. Authentication uses Bearer sessions with strict operator isolation so data never crosses tenants by mistake.
Typical uses
Activate a lease · open a maintenance ticket · fetch invoices and billing periods
Interactive developer UI is enabled only in non-production environments — not exposed publicly by default.
When needed, support provides evidence verification flows to operators and authorised parties — not advertised in detail here.
