How does an owner see a portfolio without mixing operators?

UAGS separates the platform operator from property owners as stakeholders: there is no anonymous public portal — owners are managed inside the operator workspace with role-based access (manager, accounting, ops) and everything stays inside the operator's workspace boundary.

• A consolidated view of the properties and units linked to them under that operator.
• Occupancy, collections, and operational collection-efficiency signals — from the same isolated reporting area.
