After authentication

• Operator home: portfolio and collections summary.
• Leases: draft, activate, renew, and terminate through explicit flows.
• Maintenance: tickets, media, and emergency handling.
• Simulator: safe rehearsals before production traffic.

Accounting and ops roles only see paths enabled for your workspace.
