You follow the operator-facing policies we publish: roles and permissions, explicit data consent, and strict isolation between operators' datasets. Anything beyond this summary belongs in your commercial agreement with your service provider.

Accounts & roles

Dashboard sessions use a server-signed HttpOnly authentication cookie.
Accounting and ops roles only access paths enabled for that role.

Bot consent

Automation resumes only after tenants record explicit data consent, with a durable technical audit trail.
